Dr. Guilberto Borongan, Director of the Regional Resource Centre for Asia and the Pacific (RRC.AP) at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), contributed his expertise as a panelist in the Technical Session on “Enabling Adaptation Pathways: Policy and Partnerships for Climate Resilience in the Asia-Pacific” that was jointly organized by the Ministry of the Environment, Japan (MoEJ) and the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) at the 9th Asia-Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum on 2nd October 2025. Dr. Borongan took this platform to introduce the pivotal work of AIT RRC.AP and spotlight its ongoing commitment to strengthening the implementation of National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
