Participants have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one sessions with experts, receiving direct feedback and tailored coaching to help refine climate action plans and project proposals. This follow-up support ensures that participants are equipped to overcome challenges and successfully advance their climate initiatives and projects.

Technical and Policy Advice
We offer tailored technical and policy advice to support the development of the national adaptation plans and climate mitigation strategies. Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each country, assisting governments to develop effective plans and policies. This includes the design of monitoring and evaluation tools that track progress and enhance the long-term success of climate initiatives. Through this guidance, we empower nations to make informed, impactful decisions towards a more resilient future.

Development of Knowledge Products
In addition to our training programmes and mentoring services, we develop user-friendly knowledge products designed to support and guide stakeholders in their climate action efforts. These include practical resources such as the “Beginner’s Guide to the Climate Change Mitigation Funding” which outlines the policies and project cycles of selected international financial institutions; and a booklet “Making the Climate Change Argument: Tips & Tricks on Writing a Winning Proposal” (see here) .

Dialogue
We contribute to building a stronger network of climate adaptation professionals by organizing events and activities to foster dialogue and facilitate knowledge exchange among stakeholders. As a technical partner of the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network (APAN), we contributed in organizing and moderating sessions of the Asia Pacific Adaptation Forum which is a platform for experts, policymakers, and practitioners to collaborate, share insights, and advance adaptation strategies across the region.
