​We support regional governments in developing and advancing their National Adaptation Plan (NAP) processes by enhancing capacities and providing internationally tested tools and models. We assist government officials in strengthening their understanding of the NAP process at the country level, addressing key elements such as institutional arrangements, gender-sensitive approaches, integration with national development plans, and access to climate finance, including Green Climate Fund (GCF). 

We place strong emphasis on translating climate modeling into practical, results-driven adaptation measures. By leveraging advanced tools such as FloodS for flood vulnerability assessments, ClimoCast for accessing climate data, and S8DS for improving climate projections, we enable the creation of informed adaptation strategies and robust early warning systems. These efforts empower practitioners in climate action with the skills and resources toward transformative changes and strengthen climate resilience for a sustainable future.
